Bow (Beau) Belt Tutorial pour toi!

A certain vintage royal purple velvet wiggle dress with a bow center (in the shop!) inspired the bow belts that I’ve been making for wiggle dresses.  So, I thought I’d inspire you with this preened and fluffed tutorial on how to make them!  It’s relatively easy, not too time-consuming, and includes a magic trick!  Enjoy!
